Options to rent, lease or purchase
We believe it is important to meet the budget of each customer. Therefore we provide options for our customers to rent, lease or purchase. Our rental program allows up-start businesses the opportunity to “get started” with a small investment. Lease programs allow customers the option to maintain a “constant” payment, with the option to upgrade with the newest technology. It is our responsibility to match the office equipment need of the business to the financial parameters of the owner (s).
Service Department:
We guarantee that your call will be answered by a “live” individual should you call during office hours (Monday through Friday 8-5). Calls made after hours can be left on our answering machine and we will respond to them the next morning. It is important to us that your call be answered promptly, thus providing you with information as quickly as possible. All of our sales and technical staff can be reached by cell phone or pager. Should a customer require after hours service, this can be arranged at an additional charge.
Database Management:
Image Technologies operates with a database software that records every service call. This information is archived and can be retrieved at any time to review the performance of any machine. We provide this information to any customer upon request.
Printer Repair and Supplies:
Image Technologies also provides repair services for typewriters and printers (H.P., Lexmark and Kyocera). In addition, we can sometimes locate supplies for this equipment. Please contact us for additional information.
