Image Technologies wins the 2007 Columbia Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year award!
Lynda and Steve Baumgartner established Image Technologies in 1995. Image Technologies is an independent authorized dealer representing: Muratec, Konica-Minolta, Kyocera, Hasler and Neopost. Lynda and Steve are involved in the day to day operations of the business. Image Technologies currently employs a staff of 19 and provides sales and service throughout Central Missouri.

1. Choices - We can equip you with all of your office needs! We are able to provide you with printers, copiers, faxes, postage mailing systems, addressing software, folding and inserting equipment and shredders. In addition to the choices we offer in quality equipment, our customers can elect to rent, lease or out right purchase their equipment.
2. Showroom – We have a large showroom which allows customers the opportunity to actually observe the equipment function before purchase.
3. Owners – Are involved in the day to day operations. They are available to all of their customers. As owners, Steve and Lynda, take their responsibility to their customers very seriously.
Staff
Administrative Team:
We have a team of 5 individuals who work within the office. Their responsibilities vary from answering the phone, responding to requests for supplies, billing, dispatching and assistance with "phone fixes". Collectively this team has over 25 years of experience working within the office equipment arena. Our administrative team has elected NOT to use "voice mail" because they believe that every call to our office is critical and they want to ensure that their request is met.
Sales Team:
Our sales group is divided in to two groups: mailing systems and copier/printer/fax. We opted to do this in order to specialize in specific products. Office equipment is constantly being enhanced, therefore our sales team constantly works to improve their knowledge regarding the products we sell. As a team they work hard to respond to your technical questions, as well build a "trust factor" with every customer.
Service Team:
Our technical team has over 75 years of experience in the repair of office equipment. We ensure that all technicians are factory-trained and are involved in continuous online training due to the constant improvements with today's technology.
